Remy helped me finish riveting the fuselage together. I can’t imagine doing this without a rotisserie.

Mounted fuselage on a rotisserie
Jared lent me the engine stand made into rotisserie that he fabricated for his RV-14 build. This is going to be a back-saver for me. It’s so much easier to work on in this position.

Riveted the top skins to the bulkheads
Riveted the seatbelt lugs and the bulkheads together. The riveted the top skins to each other, the bulkheads and the longerons.

Joined up the back and the front!
Dimpled the bulkheads and riveted the nut plates to them.
Joined up the front and back and clecoed together. Starting to look very airplane-like.
I neglected to chamfer the top aft edges of the seatbelt lugs when I did the fabrication. So did that and Machine countersunk them. Then shot them with some rattle can primer and stuck them in the vise to dry.

Began work on Aft Fuselage Attachment (section 30)
This section only has a few parts and I was setting up to prime all the parts for section 29 so figured i’d get these while I was at it. Picked and inspected the parts. Cut apart the ones that needed to be separated on the band saw. Deburred all the edges. Scuffed and primed everything.
